The Southern Ute Police Department releases information about registered sex offenders residing within the exterior boundaries of the Southern Ute Reservation to help keep citizens informed and as an aid in protecting themselves and their families. This list is not intended to be used for individual retribution or additional punishment toward any person appearing on this list.

The information provided through this web site is public record. It is made available for the purpose of protecting the public. The accuracy of the records cannot be guaranteed. Southern Ute police officers verify the addresses of registered sex offenders; however, offenders may have moved and not yet notified or failed to notify law enforcement.
