- A person is guilty the crime of Unlawfully Using Sex Offender Registry Information if they utilize information available of the Santee Sioux Nation’s Sex Offender Registry to unlawfully injure, harass, or commit a crime against any individual named in the registry or residing or working at any reported addresses.
- Violation of this section shall be a Class III Misdemeanor offense.
